CIQ Thursday 13th December HND Year 1

Hobbit followers...this applies to you as well.

Better response from the other day - 7! I'm impressed...but not that impressed - you can do better.

Post here please.

Questions:

 1. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most engaged with what was happening?

 2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?

 3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?

 4. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find the most confusing puzzling?

 5. What about the class this week surprised you the most? (This could be something about your own reactions to what went on, or something that someone did, or anything else that occurs to you.)

Scam Film Festivals

I've mentioned it before that sometimes film festivals are pointless - they are seen by nobody, the reward of a certificate doesn't really advance your career, the judges have no reputation within the industry and the organisers/producers of the festival may be biased or are just doing it because they can/have to.

This article is really good and talks about scam festivals and how to spot one...have a read.
